She was predeceased by: her stepdaughter Debbie Page; and her siblings, Dorothy J. Pernell, Loretta Page, Kevin Watkins of Andrew Watkins, III and Larry Watkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline A. Watkins of Lima; her stepdaughter Kimberly Frazier of Indianapolis, IN.; her son Paul E. Curtis of Lima; her grandchildren, Nashila, Kavon and Krystal; her brothers, Willie Watkins (Kayleeen) of Lima and Clarence Watkins of Lima; her daughter Keisha Edwards (Garry) of Ft; and her grandson William Rogers.
