Brown of Lima; his wife Lillian; his children, Oscar Williams (Chanda) of Lima, Andre Williams (Shoron) of Las Vegas, NV. and Theresa Williams of Florida; his sister Dr. Viola Mitchell-Clay of Warner Robbins, GA.; his siblings-in-law, Bishop Evans, Otis Evans, James White (Sabrina), Angela Davis (Greg) and Beatrice Davis; his mother-in-law Gloria White; his brothers-in-law, Walter Clay and Eugene Boswell; his son-in-law Nathaniel Roddy; and his sisters-in-law, Clara Davison and Diane Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
