He is survived by: his wife Kellee Johnson (Gray) of Ada, OH; his children, Kristi Hensley (Tony) of Lima, OH, Robert "Bobby" Johnson of Ada, OH and Kylee Johnson of Ada, OH; his grandchildren, Hunter Hensley of Lima, OH and Hale Hensley of Lima, OH; and his sisters, Deana Oakley (Stan) of Ada, OH and Tammy Hunnaman (Steve) of Ada, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
