He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard R. Jackson and Grace L. Jackson (Herr); his siblings, Gary Jackson (Pam) of Ada, OH, Connie Christman of Springfield, MO, Judy Van Dyke of Lima, OH, Jill Lepley (Rudy) of Lima, OH and Pennie Jackson of Woodstock, GA; and his brothers-in-law, James Christman and Mike Van Dyke. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

Following the governor's Covid-19 mandates, the family requests that visitors wear masks and practice social distancing.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lima Rescue Mission.
