He was predeceased by: his stepfather Clyde Evans; and his brothers, Matthew Rizor and Brad Rizor. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Ellissa Rizor of Lima and Elayna Keating (Elijah) of New Albany, OH; and his grandchildren, Eliana, Elliott, Keith Homan (Sue) of Celina, OH, Linda Vogel (Dave) of St. Mary and Craig Homan (Amy) of Goodyear, AZ. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, and 9 great nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
