He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kitchen and Nora Kitchen (Shelley); his wife Pauline A. Kitchen (Hunt); and his siblings, Paul, James, Melvin Kitchen, Lucille Lewis and Dorothy Covault.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Kitchen (Susan) of Byrdstown, TN, Henry Kitchen (Deborah) of Lima and Melvin Kitchen (Dawn) of Lima; and his close friend Ron Huber. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 96.
