He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Newland of Lima, Robert Spallinger (Dara) of Wapakoneta and David Spallinger (Denise) of Lima; his nieces, Megan Luke (Steve) of Wapakoneta and Kayla Rex (Justin) of Lima; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adalyn Rex, Natalie Grace Luke, Preston Rex and Hudson Rex.
