He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Potter and Fern Potter (Lusk); his wife Janet M. Potter (Martarello); his children, Richard A. Potter II of Plantation, FL, Maria Nolte (Edward) of Lima, OH, Tina Owens (Kenny) of Lima, OH and Jenny Henderson (Howard) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Matthew Nolte, Jared Nolte, Kenny Owens II (Brittany), Kristy Owens, Christopher Potter, Marissa Potter and Jordan Henderson; his granddaughter-in-law Jenna Nolte; his siblings, Tom Potter (Jan) of Bluffton, OH and Sharon England (Jim) of Lima, OH; his grandson Eric Nolte; and his brother John Potter. He was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren.
