He was predeceased by: his father Richard Osborn, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Brent E. Lehman. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Cockerell-Osborn of Alabama and Cierra Osborn of Florida; his grandson Peyton Benefield; his sisters, Tammy Lehman-McDonnell (Joe) of Lima, Cindy E. Tritipo (Dan) of Laurelville, Kristine Poland (Doug) of Springfield and Kimberly Dickerson of Lima; his brother-in-law Ken Dickerson of Columbus; and his close friend Pam Keith of Lima. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Due to the COVID 19 virus private family services will take place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
