He is survived by: his spouse Camille A. Ewing; and his children, Chris (Joann) of Louisville, KY, Mark (Linda) of Fishers, IN., Tracy Schriver (Ted) of Grafton, OH and Lisa Antonucci (Mark) of Brecksville, OH..
