He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Creque and Reva Creque (Smallman); his sister Emily; and his brother-in-law Ken. He is survived by: his children, Josh Creque (Georgie) of Delphos and Michelle Ezzelle (Ed) of Delphos; his siblings, Blaine Caldwell of Maryland, Randy Creque (Vicki) of Michigan, Janet Harestad of Michigan and Judy Lingerfelt of Maumee; his grandchildren, Cole, Gracie Creque, Jorden Boone, Faith, Luke, Emma and Chloe Ezzelle; his daughter Donuts; and his son-in-law Kreme.
