She was predeceased by: her mother Glenna; and her brother Ron. She is survived by: her husband Charles M. "Chuck" Leidy; her daughters, Ann Jacobs (Wes) of Lebanon and Jeanne Jenks (John) of Cleveland; her grandson Adam Crawford (Katie); her great grandchild Melanie of Columbus Ohio; her sister-in-law Barb Forsythe; and her nephews, Mike, Kent Forsythe, Cincinnati and Dayton.
She made no requests for donations in her name to any specific charity or cause.
