He was predeceased by: his former wife Peggy Vallance; and his stepson Chris Butler. He is survived by: his spouse Karen Vallance (Diehl); his children, Ronda Prowant (Art), Teresa Vallance, Robert D. Vallance (Bonnie) and Joseph H. Vallance; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Hackman, Robert Butler, Donald Butler and Amy McMains (Tim); and his brother Lloyd Bluebaugh (Bobbie). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and his close friend.
