He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Copeland and Margery Heffner Stubbs; and his brothers, George, Paul and Russell Stubbs.
He is survived by: his wife Madge Marie Warmbrod of Dola; his sons, Anthony J. 'Tony' Stubbs (Nancy) of Lima and Mark R. Stubbs (Betty) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Sean Stubbs (Jennifer) of Westerville, Ryan Stubbs of Lima and Lauren Springer (Ryan) of Gallatin, TN; his great grandchildren, Jack, Reese Stubbs, Ethan and Henry Springer; and his sisters, Estella Gilroy of Van Wert and Becky Schrolucke (Tedd) of Westminster.
