He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene O'Keefe and Mildred O'Keefe (Siebeneck); his wife Sherry Winegardner; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Wheeler, Ray Carroll, Marcia O'Keefe, Steve and Carol Flee; and his siblings, Ruth Carroll, Pat Wheeler, Carol O'Keefe, William O'Keefe, Bud O'Keefe and John O'Keefe. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
