Wayne, IN, Michael Smithson (Melissa) of Lima, OH and Zachary Smithson (Yvonne) of Helena, OH; his stepchildren, Gary Penn of Columbus, OH, Nancy Calhoun of Columbus, OH and Robert Penn (Charlene) of Columbus, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Bressler of Sandusky, OH, Elizabeth Bosecker of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Terry Depp (Marlyn) of Denver, NC. He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
