He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter Joseph, Edith May Bruns (Disman) and Monae Miluv Curtis. He is survived by: his siblings, Juanita L. Goins (Rick), Barry A. Thomas and Janice A. Nutt; his siblings' children, Allen Thomas, Jamey Thomas, Shane Goins, Kayla Goins, Kenya Goins, Alexus Moenae White, Jodie Thomas, Angelica Thomas, Brittany Nutt and Christian Nutt; his aunts, Janet Bruns of Lima and Tamie Marie Bruns of Cridersville; and his friend Tim Porter. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
