He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Rhodes and Helen DeVault Rhodes; his daughters, Melissa Atkins (Cory) of Toledo and Jennifer Townsend (Chris) of Harrod; his stepchildren, Lisa Braatz (Brian) of Toledo and Scott Livingston (Angela) of Georgia; his sisters, Roslyn Keller of Lima and Joan Klinger (Don) of Harrod; his grandchildren, Danille Barnes, Riley Barnes, Trent Townsend (Amanda), Jackie Townsend, Gabby Townsend, Brianna Braatz, Parker Livingston and Liam Livingston; his great grandchild Cali Barnes; his former wife Margie Neeper; and his siblings, Louise Rhodes and Wayne Rhodes.
