He is survived by: his wife Mary Courtney of Lima; his children, Ashley Mummert (Jeremy) of Bluffton, Aaron Courtney (Emily) of Lima and Andrew Courtney (Jessica) of Beaverdam; his grandchildren, Alexis, Levi, Luke Mummert, Arya, Kason Courtney, Donovan and Vivian Courtney; and his siblings, Rick Courtney (Princess) of Lima, Marcia McCafferty (Max) of Bluffton, Rebecca Johns (John) of Cridersville and Lucretia "Keke" VanDyke (Dick) of Lima.
