She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Maurice G. Dee and Doris J. Dee (Stewart); her husband James K. Stepleton; her children, Carol Shoemaker (Kent) of Lima, OH, Adele Gallagher (James) of Falls Church, VA and John S. Stepleton of Lima, OH; her daughter-in-law Mary Stepleton of Lima, OH; her grandchildren, Shawn Stepleton (Jill), Lauren Stepleton, Ryan Stepleton of Lima, OH, Andrew Stepleton (Brook), Megan Fenton (Christopher), Kristen Powelson (Nathan) and Kimberly Schomaker (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Margaret Fenton, Vivian Elrod, James Stepleton, Gracie Stepleton and Garrett Powelson; her brothers, Thomas Dee (Susan) of Lima, OH and Donald Dee (Sarah) of Lima, OH; her brother-in-law George Gerecke of Williston, VT.; her son Terry K. Stepleton; and her sister Patricia "Pat" Gerecke.
In accordance with Covid-19 restrictions the family encourages those attending the services to wear masks and practice social distancing.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Charles Catholic Church or the Lima Public Library.
