She is survived by: her friend Carolyn Boutwell of Lima; her sister Della Newland of Lima; and her sibling's children, Paul David Fletcher (Linda) of Ada, Sandra Rex (Scott) of Ada, Brian Fletcher (Linaea) of Marysville, Jamie Fletcher (Bonnie) of Hobbs, NM, Amy Fletcher of Summerville, SC, Lee Fletcher (Karen) of Summerville, SC, Gary Smith (Melody) of Beaufort, S. C., Cindy Cochran (Gary) of King City, MO and Carol Fletcher of Lima.
