She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Casley Killgallon and Chairman; her husband Stephen Paul Gilbert of Lima; her son Stephen Paul Gilbert, Jr. (Lauren Dockett) of Washington, DC; her grandsons, Kieran and Liam Dockett-Gilbert; and her siblings, William C. Killgallon (Susan), Martin Lawrence Killgallon, II (Debbie) of Bryan, Ohio and Katherine Killgallon Michelsen of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She was also cherished by twelve nieces and nephews; and numerous grand nieces and nephews.
