She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. Bixel and Wava Marie Amstutz Bixel; her son Charles Tippie; and her brother Norman Bixel. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Oakley (Mitch) of Santa Fe; and her siblings, Roger Bixel (Shirley) of Lima and Ruby Logan (Mike) of Harrod. She is also survived by 2 grandsons, 2 great grandchildren.
