She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernie Baxter and Betty J. Baxter (Wilson); her husband Leroy Hurlburt; her children, Tracye Wheeler (Dave) of Cridersville, OH, Kimberly Stettler of Lima, OH, Connie Thompson (William) of Lima, OH, Jodi Kennedy (Kevin) of Harrod, OH and Richard Shane Ladd (Tracy) of Lima, OH; her stepson Roger Kraft (Carisa); her siblings, Judy Cater (Skip) of Lima, OH and Larry Tomlinson (Suzy) of Elida, OH.; her former husband Richard C. Ladd; and her sister Carol Huff. She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be no services held at this time but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when it is safe to do so.
