It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Jeanette Washington (Lima, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Due to the pandemic, the family request a negative Covid test will be required 2 days prior to services before entry.
