She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Mrugala and Frances Mrugala (Magierski); and her siblings, Ferdinand, John, Frances and Elizabeth.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Wesley Plaskey; her son Charles Plaskey (Jennifer); and her granddaughter Eliana Plaskey of Perrysburg, Ohio..
