He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard M. Hullinger and Cecilia May Hullinger (McCarey); his wife Janie A. Hullinger (Hutchins); his children, Lori A. Hullinger (Robert Kennedy) of Lima, OH and Michael T. Hullinger (Robin Hamilton) of Delphos, OH; his grandchildren, Patrick Hullinger (Meagan), Robert Kennedy (Tiffany), Matthew Kennedy, Toni Crish, Tommy Hullinger, Ladylynn Hullinger and Mary Warren; his great grandchildren, Anayah Hurley, Peyton Hullinger, Braxton Hullinger, Zayden Kennedy and Gracelyn Kennedy; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Hullinger of Lima, OH and Cindy Hill (Bob) of Bowling Green, OH; and his brothers, Bernard Hullinger, Robert Hullinger (Mary) and Donald Hullinger. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
