He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McKinney and Florence McKinney (Lance); and his wife Deloris "Faye" McKinney (Mull). He is survived by: his children, Timothy McKinney (Mary) of Lima, Jon McKinney of Celina and Traci Richards (Mike) of Celina; and his close friend Linda Bradshaw. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
