He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Motter and Esther Motter (Gratz); his close friend Rick Blanchard; his wife Diane; his daughters, Jennifer Parish (Steve) of Hide and Krista Smilek (Dan) of Cincinnati, OH; his granddaughter Elayne Miller (Cole) of Columbus, OH; his sister-in-law Susan Spencer (Mark) of Colorado Springs, CO; his nephew Michael Spencer (Sallie) of San Francisco, CA; his nieces, Kathryn Spencer of Colorado Springs, CO and Karen Nelson (Eric) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his cousins, Sue Smith of Houston, TX, Janis Nelson (Russ) of New Albany, OH and Joanna Firestone of New Hudson, MI. He was also cherished by great nephews, nieces, and second cousins; and many friends.
