It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy A. Hoffman of Lima, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Hoffman. He is survived by : his mother Janice Hofacker; his wife Debra "Debbie" Hoffman (Baumgartner); his children, Coral Mabry and Sage Mabry; his stepchildren, Joshua Ibarra (Destiny), Brittney Ibarra and Noah Ibarra; his granddaughters, Anabelle, Elana and Lorelai Ibarra; and his siblings, Nichole Mabry, Jason Mabry, Tige Ladden and Chad Pickrell.

Due to the current Covid 19 mandate, masks are required in the funeral home.
