He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lacock and Helen Lacock. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cheryl Rollins of Lima; his daughter Jessica Spellis of Maumee; his siblings, Al Hughes of Harrod, Teresa Anderson of Durant, OH, Tammy Houser of Mendon, Debbie Douglass of Howell, MI and Cindy Eldridge of Sacramento, CA; and his pet Bubba. He is also survived by four step-children, eighteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
