It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Burgner Jr. (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Burgner and Mary Verne Burgner (Kissick); his grandmother Flora Alice Jordan Hurley; his sons-in-law, Mike Gallmeier and Robert George; and his great grandchildren, Lisa, Bryan and Ryan.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Catherine [Vermillion] Long; his stepchildren, Diane L. George of Seaford, DE, David W. Long (Pam) of Eaton, OH, Deborah K. Gallmeier of Delphos, OH and Dennis R. Long (Lisa) of Charlotte, NC; and his grandchildren, Denise Campisi Scarboroug, Cynthia L. Campisi, Joseph Campisi, Lindsay Long, Deborah Tuck (Corey), Jessica Long, Shane M. Gallmeier (Brenda), Travis Gallmeier (Kristy), Kyle Gallmeier, Jordan Long, Joshua Long (Stephanie) and Jacob Long (Jared Long). He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
