He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Cotterman of Lima; his children, David Condon (Kim Osborne) of Lima, Dawn Rene Neely of Brandon, FL and Julie Carzola (Alex); his grandchildren, Ashley Robinson, Wesley Neely, Tiffany Neely Conner, Jordon Romick, Alex Carzola, Daniel Carzola, Eric Sullivan (Sandra Wallen), Krystal Dietrich (Shawn Rollins) and Kayla Todd (Brandon); and his sister Judy Yordan. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
