He was predeceased by: his stepfather George Hogan; and his grandson Paul William Maddux. He is survived by: his spouse Malta Cleo Clay (Akers); his daughter Cheryl Maddux of Maineville, OH; and his grandchildren, Melissa Maddux of Maumee, OH and Phillip Maddux of Maineville, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
