He was predeceased by: his daughters, Pamela Sue Foust and Jane Foust; and his sister Patricia Patton (Marvin). He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Kantner of Lima; his siblings, Charlie Foust (Sierra) of Elida and Sharon Snyder (Tom) of Lima; and his grandchildren, Christina Holthouse (Wayne) of Lima and Melissa Shaw (John) of Lima.
