He is survived by: his children, Tina Placie of Lima, Tim Placie (Amy) of Cridersville, Jim Placie (Tiffini) of Lima and Brenda Sciranka (John) of Lima; his granddaughter Nicole Smith (Chris); his great grandchildren, Emily and Ryan Lingenfelter (Ashley); his sisters-in-law, Vancienne Placie, Kitty Placie and Sue Mauk; and also, Rylan, Alivia, Andrew Lingenfelter (Nikita), Raelyn, Violet, Shawn Placie, Tyler Placie, Derek Lingenfelter (Elizabeth), Myla, John, William James, Chelsea Lingenfelter (Jaylin Morris), Ari, Ayven, Aaron Sciranka, Stephanie Hammons (Matt), Carter, Cooper and Jake Liddle.
