He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond "Denny" R. and Thelma V. Hogan (McCarty); his spouse Connie J. Hunt; his sons, Theron Hogan (Angela) of Elida and Trenton Hogan (Brigitta) of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Cole, Spencer, Reece, Bryce and Samantha Hogan; his sisters, Mary Schierholt of Indian Lake and Jo Ann Hogan of Lima; and his parents-in-law, Dick Hogan, Shirley Hogan, Elizabeth "Betty" Mericle (Ron) and Don Schierholt.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice.
