He was predeceased by: his parents, William Reiff and Helen Reiff (Roth). He is survived by: his wife Judy Reiff (Miller); his sons, Richard Reiff (Pam) of Elida and Jeffrey Reiff (Shelly) of Elida; his grandchildren, Kristy Snoek (Ryan), Travis Reiff (Katie), Ashley Edwards (Derek) and Lindsey Rutter (Brian); and his brother Greg Reiff (Denise) of Lima. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
