He was predeceased by: his parents, William Raymond and Helen A. Pugh (Sullivan); his granddaughter Caitlin Pugh; and his brother-in-law Thomas "Tom" Wilcox. He is survived by: his children, Vincent T. Pugh (Cherie) of Mount Vernon, OH, Vicki L. Yarnell (Mark) of Utica, OH and Christine M. Starr-Riga (Denny Riga) of Westerville, OH; his grandchildren, Angela Bonino (Christopher), David Yarnell (Kara), Tiffany Starr (Simone) and Callan Pugh; his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Alex, Mary-Catherine and Starr; his friends, Carol Ottman, Mike Hinson, Richard Moreo, Steve Scott, Thomas McNamara, Jerry Stockwell and McFarland; and also, Lona Millar (Hinson) and Barbara H. Wilcox of Lima, OH.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
