He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Max Bassitt, Marlette Bassitt, Paul Warner and Lois Warner. He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Zapp (Todd) and Sam Warner (Alicia); and his sisters, Angela Bartholomew (Stephen) and Penny Palin (Tony). He is also survived by his 6 nephews and 2 nieces.
