He is survived by: his children, Deuntae M. Manley of Lima, DelQuan Williams of Lima and Danielle T. Manley of Atlanta, GA.; and his brothers, Charles M. Manley, Jr. of Lima, Anthony Manley, Sr. of Lima, Arnold Manley of Lima and Bryant L. Youngblood of Lima. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
