Pernell, Jr. of Lima, Trea Collins (Marlon) of Lima and Monica Roach of Saginaw, MI.; and his brothers, Billy Russell (Louida) of Lima and Fred Pernell of Lima. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
