He is survived by: his wife Theresa Chapman (Cavalcanti); his children, Christina Townsend Sr. (Dwayne) of Youngstown, RoseAnne Sunderland (Thomas Leash) of Youngstown, Desiree Sunderland of Las Vegas, Jamiae Sunerland (John Spencer) of Girard and Jordan Sunderland of Niles; his brothers, Forrest Chapman of Petersburg, Charles Chapman of Petersburg and Rick Chapman of Revere, Mass.; and his grandchildren, Dwayne Townsend, Jr. (Samantha Garcia), Devaughn Townsend, Darien Townsend, Dante A. Leash and Lilliana Willoughby. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
