She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow W. Williams and Elsie Williams (Frye); and her husband Kenneth E. "Kenny" Bettis. She is survived by: her children, Marsha Landfried (Jim) of Lisbon and John Bettis (Gina) of Lisbon; her sisters, Sue Shormann of Lisbon and Penny Harrold (Denny) of Columbiana; and her grandchildren, Jeremiah Frantz (Alicia), Anna Madison (Justin) and Linda Laughlin (Scott). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
The family also requests that flowers and other remembrances please be omitted and suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Elkrun Township Tourism Bureau, P.O. Box 16, Elkton, Ohio 44415, to be used for the park which is located on the property where Kay and Kenny's home once stood.
