We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2022, at the age of 81, Sandra L. Bell (Lisbon, Ohio), born in Salem, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. and Mary I. Carlisle (Jenkins); her husband James A. "Jim" Bell; and her siblings, Beverly Ann Carlisle and David A. Carlisle.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Lancaster (Shan) of Salem, Carol Clunen (Jim Bob) of Salem, Beverly Fortune (JR) of Leetonia, Rick Bell (Anna) of Leetonia and Mike Bell (Stefany) of Leetonia. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
