He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin Ray and Hazel Louise Gregory Blake; and his daughter Amy Blake. He is survived by : his wife Rosalie Rogers Blake; his children, Steve Blake, DeDe Thompson and Jenny Blake; his grandchildren, Tyler Blake, Megan Thompson and Johnathan Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Kylee Thompson, Bentley Krantz and Carson Haynes.
