It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ethel Diane Blair (Little Hocking, Ohio), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles William and Geneva Louise Clayton Ahart; her close friend Marv Jacobs; her husband Rodney C. Blair; and her daughter Amanda D. Blair.

She is survived by : her son Jason T. Blair (Carrie) of Belpre; her grandchildren, Adrienne, Kelsey, Dillon and Madison Blair; her great grandchild Luca Mae Blair; her siblings, Jan Deem of Boaz, Sue Adams of Parkersburg and Charles Ahart Jr. of Belpre; and her close friends, Jack, Raye Stone and Gini.
