With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Merritt (Logan, Ohio), born in Fayette County, Ohio, who passed away on August 2, 2018 at the age of 29. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl Merritt, Gladys Merritt and Larry Seymour. He is survived by: his parent Tracy Phillips; his daughter Kaitlyn Elizabeth Merritt; his siblings, Jamie Merritt, Justin Stevens, Ashley Dean and Teddy Higginbotham; his siblings' children, Mackenzie, Jason, Macey, Hailey, Jacob, Kayden and Braylon; and his grandmother Sandra Seymour.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Summers Funeral Home to cover funeral expenses.
