He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nelson Walter and Scharlot Householder; and his aunt Andrea Ruff. He is survived by: his parents, Jody Hopkins (Charley) of Logan and Derrick Ray Householder Sr. of Sugar Grove; his sisters, Abby Penwell (Timothy) of Greenfield and Rayann Matheny; his grandparents, Nancy Walter of Logan and Ronald Householder of Logan; his aunt Kim Walter of Logan; his siblings' children, Madelyn, Mia and Malcolm; and also Lois Elaine Cook of Sugar Grove.

The family suggests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
