He is survived by: his parent Iva Jane Spencer Hoffman; his spouse Terry Lynn Distelhorst Hoffman; his children, Jason Hoffman (Heather Garner) of Logan, Corey Hoffman (Jessica Adkins) of Logan and Amber Hoffman (Woody Deible) of Logan; and his grandchildren, Brooke Deible, William Deible and Chloe Hoffman.
